  Looking for somewhere quite local to take our dog and we was not disappointed. Beautiful area with lots of artificial beaches all around the lake for the dog to take a safe dip, trees and grass to run around. Lots of friendly walkers, very clean, nice cafe. Only £3 to park all day. Will definitely return.

  Lovely outdoor location for peace and tranquillity. You can walk right round the lake which is some 16 miles around well worth the effort though. You could also hire bikes here as well.
